The intention of this second book is to provide advice, support, compassion, and hope, with stories that describe both the ongoing struggles and glimmers of hope. Contributors include personal stories, stories of family and friends, stories from their professional work, and advice for managing family life as the pandemic continues to disrupt our lives.

It has contributions from 93 people—from professionals, from artists and poets, and from children whose lives have been especially unsettled. The contributions come from 17 countries – Argentina, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Greece, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Nigeria, Poland, South Africa, Trinidad, UK, and US. Contributors included pieces in 9 languages (Czech, French, Greek, Irish, Italian, Persian, Polish, Russian, and Spanish.

These books are produced without any payment to the contributors or the company that illustrated and formatted the book. We donate all the proceeds to international charitable organisations providing services to families.
